About us

Who we are – and what we intend to do.

We are transforming the way decisions are made. With us, the state, municipalities, foundations, NGOs and private organizations use the knowledge of their crowd and gain new insights from it. This enables them to make better decisions with a high level of acceptance. We pursue our mission with a dedicated team, a brand-new technology, a fresh brand and a good dose of courage.
What has happened so far

Our history

Since 2015, we have been successfully implementing participatory processes based on our Insights-Process methodology and digital platform. We have already worked with over 50 organizations and supported them in involving over 100,000 stakeholders and their knowledge in their decisions.

We started as a partner company of the Israeli company Insights.US and have since developed our own software. The revised platform is even better adapted to our method and takes the digital monitoring and implementation of participation projects to a new level. The new platform impresses with its good performance and fresh design. Data protection and data security are guaranteed. The data is processed in the ISO 27001-certified data center in Germany.

Insights DE is founded. Location: Old building flat, Berlin-Schöneberg
After a few months of start-up, our baptism of fire takes place in Wuppertal. In a digitally supported multi-stage participation process, the people of Wuppertal create a mission statement for good citizen participation.
An entire federal state relies on our method and technology! Vorarlberg has been a pioneer in the field of participation for years, keyword: citizens' council. Vorarlberg makes our service available to its municipalities.
The first federal ministry uses our platform. For the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, we conduct the four-part and digitally supported dialogue journey "Future Workshops".
With the help of a multi-stage format consisting of our digital and analogue building blocks, the staff members work internally on a new mission statement for the Konrad Adenauer Foundation..
